9th International Yoga Day Celebration
The school celebrated the 9th International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm, focusing on the theme “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” which emphasizes the collective aspiration for “One Earth, One Family, One Future.” The programme commenced with an introduction by Hithyshi of Grade X ‘B’ ICSE.
To showcase the practice of yoga, a few staff members and high school students performed various yoga asanas and pranayama under the guidance of yoga teachers, Mrs. Vinaya and Mrs. Geetha.
The principal, Mrs. Chandra encouraged students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
