As I ink these few lines I stand in awe before God. Acknowledging with gratitude the fact that, through education our institution is known for its unstinting service to the society. 

Focal objective of our education is to enable every child to become the person he/she is meant to live. We consider every pupil as special and unique, and help to develop in them a feeling of self-confidence. It is our endeavour to shape personalities that will contribute positively to our society and Nation in large extent. Our students are being empowered day by day to be refined. 

“Change is a sign of progress” and there has been many changes to mark the progress of this Institution. S.M.P.S. owes much to the support and encouragement received from our ever-supportive parents and the dedicated staff. 

I conclude with the words from the diary of our Former President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam: 

“If you want to leave your footprints on the sands of time, do not drag your feet”. May the light of the St. Marians, illumine this abode of knowledge!
