Deepavali Celebration

The festival of lights is celebrated to represent the victory of good over evil. To mark this auspicious occasion, St. Mary’s group of institutions celebrated Diwali with grandeur on 21 October 2022 (Friday). The pre-primary premise was beautifully decorated by the teachers. Principal, Mrs. Chandra and Vice Principal, Mr. Thirumalesh graced the occasion. A prayer song was sung by Harsha and Shraddha Bhatt while the lamp was being lit by the Principal and Vice Principal. A short speech on Diwali was delivered by Jagriti Bisht and Arohi Anil Kumar. A fabulous dance program was put up by little ones who were trained by Mrs. Debashree Banerjee. Principal ma’am addressed the little ones and wished all to shine like sparkles, glow like candles and burn all the negativity like crackers.
