World Environment Day Celebration

World Environment Day was celebrated at St. Mary’s Group of Institutions to raise awareness about environmental conservation and promote sustainable practices among students.

The boys from State Board portrayed the theme of World Environment Day, – “Beat Plastic Pollution”, highlighting the adverse consequences of plastic. Simultaneously, the girls showcased a captivating dance performance, conveying the message of the harmful impact of plastics on our planet and urging everyone to cease the usage of single-use plastics.

The high school students from the ICSE wing presented a mime performance emphasizing the significance of safeguarding our planet from pollution, advising everyone to proactively work towards a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.

The principal, Mrs. Chandra emphasized the significance of the day and raised awareness about the adverse effects of using plastics to the students.
